Sheskin Smoked Salmon is a newly launched business run by the owners Pat & Zoe Armitage in Sheskin, Scotstown. They are introducing our take on the popular Native American candied salmon right here in north Monaghan using exclusively sourced Irish organic salmon, to produce a unique product that has a sweet & savoury flavour with a distinct smoky finish. Having launched in early 2018, Sheskin Smoked Salmon is available in many independently owned stores through the country.
