Save the date and mark the calendar: Monaghan Street Food Festival is back for one day only on Saturday, 6th May! This ever-popular one-day event kicks off at 11 am. It will showcase products from the finest local food producers, talented crafters and, of course, give you an opportunity to enjoy the tastiest food truck experiences. The event is free to the public in the heart of Monaghan town from the Diamond through to Church Square.

 On Saturday, 6th May, the road from the front of the courthouse at Church square to the Diamond will be closed off to traffic to create a carnival-style atmosphere in town with street art, entertainment for all the family, music and smells that invigorate
the taste buds. As a five-time Top 10 Food Destination, Monaghan is recognized for its food culture and has tastes for
every palette. The Street Food Festival is a place for locals and visitors to try new things and connect with producers
responsible for the bounty offered in the drumlins.
