Matilda's Artisan Bakery & Deli is located on the corner beside the courthouse, Monaghan Street, Carrickmacross. We produce all of our products in our own onsite bakery. Everything is made by hand, and from scratch, using only the best, high quality, local ingredients where possible.

 

We specialise in traditional handmade sourdough breads, along with brown wheaten, spelt, treacle, batch loaves, and scones. We also provide a wide range of delicious pastries, including gluten-free options, which are made daily.

We also provide a daily changing deli menu, consisting of gourmet sandwiches, quiches, pies, fresh salads, lasagna, soups, and much more.
