The Taste of Monaghan is thrilled to announce the first-ever Long Table Dinner in the award-winning Church Square, right in the heart of Monaghan Town. This unique, ticketed dining experience will take place on Friday, August 22nd, starting at 7 PM, bringing together food, music, and community in a magical summer evening setting.

Guests will be treated to a four-course meal, specially created to showcase the best of Monaghan’s local ingredients. Each course will be prepared by some of the region’s most talented food vendors:

• Paelling Food Truck

• Porky’s

• Fire Wagon Pizza

• Dinkins Bakery (dessert)

The night will be elevated by Kevin from Andy’s Bar & Restaurant, who will be on hand offering samples of his unique, hand-crafted gins, giving guests a taste of Monaghan’s artisanal spirits.

Set at a beautifully dressed 50-seat long table in Church Square, the evening will feature live music by The Two Five Ones, creating a lively yet relaxed atmosphere perfect for soaking up the flavours and the fun.

This is more than a meal, it’s a celebration of Monaghan’s vibrant food scene, our incredible local producers, and the unique charm of Church Square. We’re so excited to bring the community together for this special night.
