Monaghan town is the place to be on Sunday the 11th of December as for the first time ever we are delighted to announce the Monaghan Christmas Street Food Festival. Coming on the back of the wildly successful Summer Festival, the Taste of Monaghan is delighted to announce our first annual Christmas event.

Join us at Church Square in Monaghan Town from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Dine from Monaghan's finest food trucks and avail of the perfect opportunity to stock up on all your Christmas presents. Choose a thoughtful gift from our artisan food producers or an extremely talented local crafter. This is a great opportunity to shop local and support local small businesses.

It really is all happening in Monaghan Town on this weekend as we are thrilled to run our Christmas Street Food Festival in conjunction with the Crocus Christmas Jumper Weekend. Don't miss the opportunity to meet Santa who will be in his grotto in the Diamond.  Children and adults who want to meet him can schedule a time with a small donation to Crocus. Also, his elves will be bringing kids rides, face painting and loads of other festive activities for the whole family to enjoy. It's sure to be a great day out.
